Trainings

Punching- Increases the player's Speed stat.

Cutting- Increases the player's Precision stat.

Painting- Increases the player's Sense stat.

Camping- Increases the player's Instinct stat.

Smelling- Increases the player's Taste stat.

Reading- Increases the player's Intelligence stat.

Spying- Increases the player's Idea stat.

Challengers

you can fight challengers in the training tab, fighting challengers requires beating the museum district.

Upgrades

After completing the office district you can buy upgrades which act as a multiplier for your stats. Each purchase increases the cost of the next upgrade.

Show/Hide Buildings descriptions

► Boxing center	Increases Speed by 5% per level.
A good boxing center is the best place to improve your punching power... I mean speed, you only need speed for cutting food after all.
► Dojo	Increases Precision by 5% per level.
Where else then in a dojo is better place to improve your cutting accuracy? Nowhere. At least you don't know it, so the dojo is the way to go!
► Museum	Increases Sense by 5% per level.
If you already made a lot of paintings, you really need to show them to the world, and a museum is a good place for that. It might even help yourself to improve your imagination.
► Rain Forest	Increases Instinct by 5% per level.
A rain forest has a lot of dangerous animals and insects, so it is a good place to improve your survival skills. And your instinct of course.
► Spice Testing Center	Increases Taste by 5% per level.
This is just a huge building where can store all your spices. You can go there every day to improve your smelling ability. You need to be able to smell the age and quality of your spices to prepare the best food!
► Library	Increases Intelligence by 5% per level.
A good computer with Internet is a good place to read up stuff about cooking, recipes and take notes. You can also put a few book shelves to surround your computer and call it library.
► Ninja Training Center	Increases Spying by 5% per level.
It is hard to find ninjas nowadays. People think they are fantasy and nobody cares about them anymore. Well why not build your own ninja training center to improve your spying abilities?

Tips/Tricks​​​

It is a good idea to train all trainings equally. Setting next at to 1 will cause the trainings to move one after another indefinitely.
